Company History
Operating out of Dubai’s free zone, Patagonia 360 FZCO serves as a strategic bridge between Middle Eastern markets and Latin America. Since 2007, we have represented leading brands including Bornemann, All Pumps, Envirofuge, Sandpiper, Delta Thermoplastic, and Czerweny Motors.
As a starting point, we were able to begin operational activities in October 2011 in the Neuquén basin. To this end, we purchased machinery geared toward the pump services we wanted to provide, acquiring parallel machining lathes, milling machines, and filler machines, and establishing our first operational base in the Centenario industrial park at 217 Mendoza Street, within a 1,500 m2 covered facility.
In addition to representing Bornemann pumps, in 2011/12 an agreement was also reached to represent Cook Compression, a US manufacturer of large reciprocating compressor equipment specifically designed for the oil and gas industry, in Argentina and Chile.

Over time, we also became representatives for All Pumps of Argentina, a pump manufacturer; Envirofuge of the US, a filter manufacturer; Sandpiper, a pneumatic pump manufacturer; KB Delta Thermoplastic, a manufacturer of parts for compressor valves; and Czerweny Motors, a manufacturer of pumps and motors of the same brand. Initially, with a small commercial, administrative, and technical team, and with the support of third-party workshops, we began providing metal grinding services and selling pump and compressor parts.

Our Experience
After conducting tests and trials and developing our own procedures in 2006/2007, we launched our cold metallization equipment, which has been used with great success ever since to repair equipment mainly in the gas and oil sector, as well as in industry and mining in general.
We were able to carry out very specific and strategic repairs on daily and fishing equipment, as well as stabilizers and other drilling equipment. Based on joint studies with representatives from Sulzer Metco, Invap, the National University of Comahue, and others, we developed our own successful formula for repairing this equipment at our Neuquén facilities.
Continuing with the proactive attitude that characterizes us, we have certified our own procedure for cutting heads and special welding of new heads at STUBS, homologating our own procedures for these tasks at an international level with the SCHLUMBERGER company.
With our local services, we also focus on and achieve repairs that meet API 618 specifications for stems, crossheads, valves, and cylinders in the gas industry, including wellhead gas, gas lift, refineries, and petrochemicals.

Cold metallization or cold welding restores the surface of different types of mechanical parts, allowing those that were practically on their way to becoming waste material to be reused.
